Friday: No Training

Women’s boot camp:

Monday: 5 AM, 6 AM, 7 AM, 8 AM, 9 AM, & 10 AM
Tuesday: 5 AM, 6 AM, 7 AM, 8 AM, 9 AM, & 10 AM
Wednesday: 5 AM, 6 AM, 7 AM, 8 AM, 9 AM, & 10 AM
